When ordering, please specify if you have food allergies, or are taking medication that may interact with supplements, so we can assist you in choosing the product that is right for you.
All products sold are legally available for over the counter sale in New Zealand.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the product to us for a refund or replacement within thirty days of receiving your purchase.
We will process your refund once your goods are received back at Kirker Health.
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email as confirmation.
Cancelled Orders
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, Kirker Health will refund your order in full.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return.
Orders refused at delivery will not be refunded.
Damaged Goods
If you receive your parcel and the goods are damaged inside, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Kirker Health will advise you how to return the goods to us and a replacement will be sent as soon as possible once we have received the damaged goods.
Shipping Fees are not refundable.
We will process your refund once your goods are received back at Kirker Health. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an e-mail as confirmation.
Delivery in New Zealand
Parcels are sent with CourierPost with a track and trace service. Signatures are not required on these parcels.
Delivery time is usually overnight on business days, but please allow an extra couple of days for rural areas.
In the event your parcel does not arrive within 5 business days of placing the order, please notify us.
Neither NZ Post or Kirker Health are liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after an item has been delivered.
Delivery Times During Busy Periods
During busy periods (such as Christmas or when there is a promotion), there may be extra delays. Please don’t hesitate to call us if you are concerned or would like an urgent delivery.
Delivery to Australia
Parcels are sent with NZ Post with air mail. These are untracked.
Delivery time is usually three weeks. This is out of our control
